Pics with redacted info of POCMCOL completed today (after day 5) with the helpful defence template. Fingers crossed but will update if it ends up in court0 -
Presumably you meant that the AOS was completed, after the 17th. ( issue date was the 12th December. )
Your defence needs filing on mcol too, if not done already. ? So 2 tasks on MCOL, one after the other
Its a Bank Park via DCB LEGAL money claim
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details
With the amount claimed i expect that it may well get to a hearing in your local civil court

Sorry yeah I’ve done both the AOS and MCOL today. Am I right in thinking I can nominate someone for the mediation phone call and this gets booked in? They can’t just randomly phone me up?0

Copy a defence that uses the word 'between' because they can't just say 3 events occurred within two dates!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What do you mean you have "done the MCOL today"? If you mean you have submitted your defence then great; else: -Candlez said:Sorry yeah I’ve done both the AOS and MCOL today. I’ve completed the AOS and then submitted my defence via the MCOL (not sure if that’s the correct wording but that’s what I mean). I thought the deadline for both was the same so did both one after the other this afternoonLe_Kirk said:

Oh. That was unnecessary and presumably, the defence didn't address the fact there are not 3 PCN dates.
Please don't show us DCB Legal's reply.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh well it’s done now I wanted to get it out of the way and not hanging over me over Xmas. I edited the third paragraph in my defence statement as per the guide. In DCB legals previous correspondence they did detail the 3 separate dates I ‘failed to pay’ in the car park. I have VAT receipts stating otherwise and this was included in my defence.1
