Correct pressure tactics, ignore them , you wont be talking to them at all from now on, no contact. !
Wait for the N180 and then mediation stages
Meanwhile, please edit your thread title to something more suitable like
BANK PARK, DCB LEGAL court claim4 -
I have the N180 that I’m now completing. On the letter it says to serve copies to all parties along with the court in Northampton. Just to clarify do I send to both DCB legal and Bank Park management? Thanks in advance for any advice

No
Download the N180, fill it in and email to the CNBC and also to the lawyers only ( to DCB LEGAL. )

I’ve got my mediation appointment through for 30th April. Anything advice on what I should prepare for that’s not in the newbies thread guide? I’ve nominated my husband to do the call as I tend to panic in these situations and worried I’ll agree to something I shouldn’t. Planning on offering nothing as I have evidence I payed for parking on the occasions they claim I ‘failed to pay’

Don't get into discussions about the whys and wherefores of the case, just "I offer £5 do you accept?" NO then, "see you at the hearing"

You or your husband can just say we offer nothing and then leave it at that. The mediation call isn’t anything to worry about

To my mind, it might be worth someone receiving these calls/texts to make a note of them and, should they answer a call from the legal, politely say something along the lines of "anything I have to say will be said in court in front of the judge. Good bye" and then hang up.
But that's just me - YMMV.

Hi all, my husband has done the mediation phone call this morning and it’s not been settled. DCB Legal offered for me to pay £615 which we obviously rejected. They’ve asked for our proof that I paid for the car park on the 3 occasions they’ve claimed I’ve ‘failed to pay’ and I have all 3 invoices. The mediator said to email DCB Legal with this evidence for them to consider and see if they accept this.
They’ve said they sent letters of the original charges to my address which we never received so I wasn’t able to appeal through the normal process. This was an old address which we moved from in 2021 and I then sold the car in August 2023. I’m certain I changed all address info for this car but I don’t have evidence for it having sold it, so now I’m panicking that they will have some sort of evidence if I forgot to change it and the court will make me pay hundreds of pounds for this ridiculous charge. Obviously my fault if I’d not changed the address but that can’t be helped now the car was sold 3 years ago
Any advice or reassurance welcome as it’s really worrying me now having gone on for 10 months0 -
I would email copies of the 3 invoices plus the claim reference number and name to the info@ email address for DCB Legal
Don't discuss the case or anything, no phone calls, just proof of payment, and ask for an N279 discontinuation document by return
No need to worry, they should discontinue before the hearing fee is due anyway, so stop worrying about what ifs !
