ID Mobile - reduced connectivity and feedback on voucher eligibility

I followed an MSE tip and joined ID Mobile in Jan 2025. Switchover very straight forward and connectivity (via 3 network) as expected for first few months. Connectivity has really dropped off in recent weeks, regularly getting emergency calls only message. Also get a You have Voicemail message every time the signal drops - sometimes 10 or more times a day - very irritating and no way to turn off!
ID Offer on MSE included a £40 gift card. I received an e-mail in January saying I was eligible to voucher and to follow link in that e-mail to complete contract, which I did. Have since been told that as I didn't complete via MSE link, I am not eligible for voucher. Have tried to raise with ID Mobile's agent and direct but no joy. Just sharing so no one else falls foul of this.
