Car finance claim, what happens next?

Just had this come through:-
We refer to your communication regarding Finance Agreement number 20402099, in which you requested confirmation of whether we paid the dealer/broker any commission for your introduction to us. After reviewing our records, we can confirm that a commission was paid to the dealer/broker. As a result, we will treat your correspondence as a formal complaint.The model(s) and amount(s) of commission paid in your agreement are:
Discretionary commissions: £0Other commissions: £500

    You wait till thw outcome of the Supreme Court case is known. Could be this year, could be next.

    What do I have to do now?


    You dont have to do anything, it's purely your choice. Even if you decide to do something it's unlikely to have any effect for some time. 

    You wait till thw outcome of the Supreme Court case is known. Could be this year, could be next. 
    Plus 6 weeks for the FCA to make their proposal of what they are going to do. 

    Even if the judgement from the Supreme Court comes this summer and the FCA hit their 6 week target they arent anticipating any redress schemes to start this year.
