Actually I think that’s what I’ve done now, as it had been removed0

So its ECP via DCB Legal, issue date 8th July, so complete the AOS online next week, say on Monday or Tuesday ( that step is explained in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, by logging into your government gateway account and navigating to the MCOL section, using the claim reference number and password )
So its 2 pcns at £100 a pop , which with charges etc is say £362, not £502, for allegedly overstaying, but you may have required extra time under the Equality Act 2010, via reasonable adjustment
You should then be able to use the new defence template by coupon mad when it's sorted out this week, so no rush3 -
The shorter version will be done tomorrow.
Then I'm on my hols after that!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know you said that I’d find out the answers to my questions in due time. See first post. Can someone please tell me at what point do I telling that my husband is not the driver. He doesn’t like mail like that’s.So
Coupon mad has reviewed the templates and It’s available. Is there a link to this template.0 -
The defendant must defend, so if the defendant was not the driver, they should say so in the defence
Who is the Defendant named on the claim form ? Your husband ? Or you ?
The new template defence is the top thread on this forum, right at the top, so above this thread ( no links to announcements )1 -
