Disabled needing help I've received a Claim form for 2 charges 2022 AND 2023

Options
Hello, I think I have read all the newbies info and tried to digest the piles of info. i am feeling wobbly about my defence and would be grateful for some help. Briefly
Claimant Euro Car Parks ltd and their sidekick DCBLegal
I responded letter of claim and requested 30 days extension to access financial advise- ignored.
I have a disability as per Equality Act 2010 and my medication stopped working in retail shop and I have about 10 mins in which I can take my emergency meds and then have to wait for them to work: up to 40mins, if I am feeling very anxious. I managed to find a quiet corner in the shop but could not walk. I havexxxx a blue badge now but this which is only given when you can only walk 50m.
I am sure that they are indirectly discriminating against me by not allowing extra time. They may stuggle to apprehend that this happened twice in the same shop.

Q When do I reveal that I was the driver?

Q Do I need to complete the extensive financial info requested
I guess sending this very formal court documentation is part of their strategy to make you question your defence.
With thanks

Do you have an N1SDT live court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL   ?

If yes, post the issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Also post a redacted picture of the bottom half of the claim form below too, after hiding the VRM details on the left hand side of the claim form and also hiding the password on the right hand side too

    Or

Do you have a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice to respond,  which includes financial forms   ?

Fold the claim form from ECP via DCB Legal so only the bottom half is in view

Hide the VRM details in the POC on the left with a piece of cut out cardboard,  do the same with the MCOL password in the right lower side too, so neither can be read

Take a picture with a mobile phone or tablet

Post a reply below,  with a short sentence like

Here is my redacted picture of the POC etc from the claim form

Attach the picture using the picture icon which is 9 from the left above the reply box

The hit the red Post Comment box

I hope that you took a note of that password that is scribbled out  ?  ( I mentioned hiding it with cardboard,  not using a Sharpie over it   )

Can see the right half,  but not the left part, the redacted POC

So cover the VRM with cardboard on the left hand side of the bottom half of the claim form and take a picture of the POC and post it below

I am really sorry but I am struggling to know what other data  you need. I am feeling a bit strung out.
