Moneybox to Close Brothers ISA Transfer

Just tried to do this but moneybox does not appear in Close's drop-down list of providers. anyone done this and can it all be done electronically?

    Shawbrook told me yesterday they cannot do transfers from Moneybox electronically.

    For anyone else trying it is listed as digital moneybox on their dropdown. Just entering moneybox does (or did not previously) find it. Transfer seems all electronic and no paperwork.
    They wanted paperwork to transfer from T212
