i have 3 contract
are 0870 and 0871 no.s included in free minutes?
if so can i make international calls using these free minutes? i.e. via telestunt etc

have asked 3 cs and been told they are not included. however after making 0870 calls my minutes do go down.
i have checked before and after making a call.
please help

Why not use the mobile access number that i use to call many International destinations & are definitiely included in crossnetwork minutes :
dial 07744 974 333 & at prompt u dial Int destination followed by #..........

however i have tried to dial this number from my 3 phone and the response i get is ---the no. you have dialled is not recognised, please check and try again.
i have tried on numerous occasions but still get the same response.
can this no. only be dialled from orange?

I have heard that 0871 numbers are included within bundles. From the sounds of it, 3's customer service is not very good. The only way to be sure is to make test calls and then check your bill.

but
bill arrive monthly
and
by time bill arrives my charges may have run into 100s
maybe sunil could help he's quite a knowledgeable chap

I'm not on 3, so I can't say for definate. Have you tried looking on the 3 website? The information appears to be there.
