Loose house front door key plate

Options
Hi , my house front door plate where you put key in has suddenly gone loose. I call it plate. Probably has proper name. But I'm wondering how to tighten it and can't find in Google what to do. I'll try picture of it first.cant

Here's the inside. The lock has two screws on one side. None on other. Not sure how to proceed. Will unscrewing those two screws just let the lock come off and I just tighten something. I can't see how those two screws hold it in place. Is it maybe glued as well

The screws will be on the inside.  Because if they were on the outside, it would be easy for a burglar to unscrew the plate for better access to the lock.
Take the inside lock off, and peer into the hole it leaves.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Yes. I don't see how those two screws going sideways hold it all together though. I suppose they must do though. Weekend job incase things go wrong.

Remove those screws and the inside part of the lock will come off revealing the screws that go through the door to the outside bit.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

I had precisely the same problem - take out the screws on the interior night latch, it will come off revealing the screw to tighten for the front of the lock, then just pop the whole lot back on... Super easy will take 5-10mins
