Right so is it a POFA NTK? We don't need to see it. Their NTKs are also shown in my NTK pictures thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Umkomaas said:Can you confirm the name of the parking firm please. I wouldn't ordinarily associate NCP with monitoring parent and child spaces. Is it perhaps NPC (initials easily mixed up) as they are more likely to be monitoring small numbers of places, often using a hidden CCTV camera.Did you receive a windscreen PCN, or a letter through the post about it?by_principle said:

It is indeed NCP. I think it is custom for David lloyd.
I got a letter through post.Sorry I remember the guidance said to post the letter for info, I can do that when I have access to laptop.

Horrible lot! Increasingly I'm seeing NPC outright refuse to cancel PCNs, I'm pleased that you were able to get that done the first time. I see a shift in the approach of management to being 'persuaded' (incorrectly) that not cancelling them is the right thing to do.by_principle said:Oh I’m so sorry it’s NPC!!!!
Your case is a great example of a regular customer going somewhere they've changed the 'rules' of parking to enforce some silly process - catching out genuine customers.
When did NPC start managing the car park? (I use that term loosely - as what I mean is 'using it as a pot from which to make money').
Were new extra entrance signs put up specifically warning regulars that the parking system had changed?
Thanks

Coupon-mad said:NCP are likely to have issued a non-POFA NTK which you can easily check against the NTK pictures thread . Spot the difference in the wording. Anyone can do it.

We've since found out that this isn't NCP, rather it's NPC. The subtleties and nuances of PoFA will be totally lost on them, and with the IAS if it gets that far. Identifying the driver isn't that problematic in my view.Le_Kirk said:Coupon-mad said:NCP are likely to have issued a non-POFA NTK which you can easily check against the NTK pictures thread .
