Hi, I opened, following MSE’s advice, a Plum ISA.
All appeared fine- until- last week the interest payout duration changed overnight from 3 months to 9 months!!
I am so confused and really not impressed!
I am so confused and really not impressed!
I did take 2 screen shots( first at the end of June, second yesterday) that show the Bonus - as shown below.
Bonus interest earned
Calculated daily and paid out after £104.81
3 months. Not applicable for transfer ins.
Bonus interest earned
£117.15
Calculated daily and paid out after 9 months. Not applicable for transfer ins.
Any help much appreciated.

Did you not see the 3 month bonus to be credited on the last working day in August in your Activity feed?It seems like they have inadvertently rolled people onto a second 9 month bonus at 4.49% AER, which if true is nothing to complain about.0

Hi, thank you for your response.
No, I didn’t see anything about the interest being credited in August. It would suggest that the interest is only payable next year!Agreed, 4.49.% is a respectable rate.0
