I raised a complaint with the company I used for car finance (Paragon). Their response states that they paid a DCA but that my agreement wasn't covered by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Anyone got any ideas if I am still able to claim against them? They are saying the complaint is now closed

Anyone got any ideas if I am still able to claim against them?Seeing as the whole issue falls under the consumer credit act (amended 2006), then if you have an agreement that doesnt fall under that then, no it would not apply to you.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. This would suggest that it's an unregulated finance agreement generally aimed at business cars/leases, so this would not be covered by FCA/FOS guidelines/jurisdiction.0
