Mercedes Benz finally found the Agreement Number

After numerous emails to MBFS Customer Services dating from October 2024 stating that the Vehicle Registration and personal details were not enough, they needed the VIN number! Today they finally acknowledged they found my late husband's agreement, down side I need to wait until after 4th December to get further information. Oh well, progress
