Can anyone advise what the trick is to find the right place on Moneybox's app to create a LISA. I am already feeling like I would be walking into a zero support agreement with them as they don't have manged support and it should never feel like the crystal maze to do business with a bank.

    No, but I used Paragon for my LISA and it all seemed pretty straightforward, just in case you're not set on using moneybox.
