    I fully intend to take this to court if necessary but I thought I would post on here to see if any legal types agree or disagree with my interpretation of the CRA and the value I feel I should be receiving.
    Do you realise how long it can take for a MCOL case to be heard even if you started the claims process today?
    i don't? have you experienced this?

    The Law Society to your rescue!

    Back in 2010 the average wait was 30 weeks. It has risen steadily every year since, becoming more than a year by 2023.

    With luck, if you put your claim in today you might get a hearing by Halloween 2026  :/

    I've had my Euro 5 Land Rover for 6 years now.  I do just under 3000 miles a year in it.  The DPF has never failed yet.

    My friend has a Land Rover, 9 years old and he is on his 3rd DPF.
