Extending WiFi range..?

    OK, thanks, the caravans that I've stayed in don't have their own router, there is an office block with what I think is a router on the roof (looks like a mini mobile phone mast). I usually take a fire stick with me and I've found it to be watchable/unwatchable depending on how close I am to the office block and the time of year I stay there.

    In that case, your options are limited as it sounds like either the broadcast has poor signal or is low bandwidth, neither of which can really be solved with a WiFi extender.

    Thanks for the reply. What I'm going to do is get a wifi extender from Amazon and try it while at the caravan. If it works then great, I'll keep the extender. If it doesn't work then I'll still be within the time period to send return, so will send it back to Amazon for a refund.

    Possibly not quite 'the done thing' but at least I'll know one way or the other if the extender will work or not.
