Marsden cash ISA

Options
My wife wants to move a matured cash ISA from Paragon to Marsden but the transfer form from Marsden asks for the account number of the Paragon account but does not have enough boxes for the number to be entered. Any advice would be great.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    How many boxes short is it? Is there enough room to simply continue next to the boxes?

    I can’t recall which BS it was but one asked for NI no without having enough boxes for the letter at the end. I wrote it at the end and they carried out my instructions without issue.

    She just enters the Paragon ISA number in the "Roll number (if applicable)" field and leaves the sort code and account number blank

    I opened a Single Access Online flexible cash ISA issue 1 which was showing a rate of 4.5% but now it's open it's showing 2.55%. Will have to wait until Monday to speak to them to find out what's happened.

    I noticed this and already questioned Marsden.
    The 1.95% bonus is added if no more than one withdrawal is made.
    This was the response
    'Thank you for your message. The Single access online ISA rate is 2.55% with a bonus rate of 1.95% added on the 30th of June 2026. This will be the rate as long as you don't make more than one transaction before the 30th of June 2026 otherwise you will not receive the 1.95% bonus rate. Many thanks'
