Reading the letter from the sheriff's office again the points about addresses not matching are referring to my sisters address, It is slightly different to the will. I just presumed it was my address because it is different.

There was no mention of box 19 on page 4 on their list of amendments required. If I remove myself does this also mean my children should be removed from the grandchildren box?

Court staff do not generally know the full family circumstances so there is mostly a reliance on correct completion of box 19. Your children will not be grandchildren.

For the entry in para 2, in what way is her address different? Is it an error or spelling difference?

In the will her address is house number, Road, area and city. On page 1, I have her address as house number, road, area, and another sub area, city and postcode. And in the declaration I have missed the area I only have house number, road and city.

If her will address is correct, would it solve the problem by using  house number, road, area, city and postcode on the page 1 entry and in the declaration para 2 ?

Yes, I'll change it so it's identical to the will. I think I am confident now that I can amend the form and it will be accepted this time. Thanks again for all your help buddy9.
