    Well im at an absolute loss with it i have. To say, i am just not sure where to go with this except for very expensive high street solicitors

    Can the solicitor who is handling the remortgage advise?

    I have asked this question but they seem reluctant to deal with it due it’s history and difficulty, they are dealing with other matters for me but seem reluctant to deal with this

    Morning and thanks for the reply , I have already had back and forth with the land registry using form Rx3 as you might see from my posts , I can’t seem to get anywhere with it because they either want to see contact from the other party which is impossible or that it’s paid which I also can’t prove due to the lengthy time of it all etc.. I have hit a complete brick wall with it and can’t afford to pay a solicitor £1000 to sort this out ,
