HL Active Savings ISA - Transfers?

Hi,
How do ISA transfers work with HL's Active Savings, both transfers between HL and unrelated banks, and also transfers between banks but all with Active Savings? Can you even do those "internal" transfers? I was surprised to see that some of their options accept transfers (Castle Bank) but some don't.
