Thanks Coupon. My vehicle is not registered to her address though as I have moved out but I was helping her with shopping with my car. Or do you mean as long as my vehicle is registered correctly then I should ignore?Coupon-mad said:lamarshudubuly said:

Show the bottom and the back, too.
The Council seems to be letting NSL use their free KADOE link for a parking charge notice that offers no appeal stages beyond this and has made up a figure of either £100 or £80 that the operative hasn't even bothered to strike through.
That cannot be right. It looks like a hybrid fake ticket. Councils can't do this, surely, not even on housing land!
Who gets the money?
Where's the legal basis for this?
How would they enforce it?
As long as this is your car (not company / leased) AND you are certain that your V5C is showing your correct postal address - check it, don't guess - what I'd recommend is:
DO NOTHING AT ALL. KEEP THAT 'TICKET'.
WAIT TO SEE IF THEY GET DVLA DATA.
COME BACK IF THEY DO. THAT IS: IF THEY SEND A NTO OR NTK WE WANT TO SEE IT.0 -
Your vehicle should be registered to your current address. Please check your V5C (logbook). You can change it with the DVLA online if needs be.If/when NSL/ Camden apply for your details from the DVLA in order to write to you, you need to ensure they have the correct address for that. You need to know what they're up to at all stages. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Wouldn’t it be better to appeal now and see what happens? If/when/how they reply?0

But not ignore indefinitely.
Await the postal notice then we'll assist you.
It will needs a complaint to the DVLA and the Local Authority too, challenging the legal basis for this hybrid bog-roll.
But let them get DVLA data first as that will reveal what's really happening. Let them dig deeper into this hole.
I wonder if these hybrid pieces of rubbish are not followed up at all but I'll be interested to see the wording of the postal Notice if they do! None of it looks lawful.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No. Do you own the car or lease it?

Hi what happened with your parking charge notice? I have received one too but not sure what to do as I’m confused whether it’s a council or private ticket. I am unsure of how to create my own post to get help0

You just click on the "Create New +" symbol. When you have your new thread up and running, post a picture of the PCN with ALL personal data removed but leave dates and locations.daffydill1 said:Hi what happened with your parking charge notice? ETA I see you now have done this.3 -
