Should I rent my flat out for another year or sell now in a poor market?

    Your tenants sound very amenable, but many potential buyers will hesitate when they find that there are tenants in place.  It is frequently advised on here to sell only once tenants have left, so if you are going to pause selling for a while I would explain this to the tenants when giving them notice to leave and resume selling once the property is empty.

    Yes, tenants in place won`t be appealing to many buyers, you might get the odd landlord but in this market they will be making low offers.
