I have contacted Cel, and offered to pay for 1 H, without revealing driver, the PCN is produced bcose, if you failed to pay within first 10 mins.
Should I just copy paste the template and not bother much about it.

Its 33 days from the issue date from the top right of the claim form, by 4pm , so what was the issue date and what date was the subsequent AOS completed online ? 2 crucial dates1

Where can I find the defence template please.
@Coupon-mad suggest, not being able to find much info.
On my case it's POC in breach of terms, if you don't pay within 10 minutes.
