Witness statement stage. Issued recently. When shall i submit my statement and how to do it. Thanks in advance.

Please answer the 2 questions above 

Your court order from your local civil court tells you what to submit,  who to and what to include,  but the typical answers are

Compile your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle,  preferably as pdf documents

Attach to an email and send it to the claimant, CEL for an in house claim,   ( or their lawyers if they used lawyers  ?    ) , plus CC the local civil court that sent you the court order as well,  so one email,  with attachments,  2 destinations,  by the deadline explained in the court order

What was the issue date on the original N1SDT claim form,  which you received a few months ago,  is what I asked  ( it definitely was not 15th September  , more likely to be June   )

Hi Gr1pr, that was different case, the N1SDT was issued at end of June
