Presumably you meant that you have already submitted your defence   ? If yes, post a redacted copy below 

If not,  but you have done your AOS online to dispute the claim,  start drafting your defence 

Post the issue date from the top right of the claim form too

As its CEL,  are DCB Legal also named on the claim form   ?  ( or just CEL  ?  )

Good, then go to Defence Template and read the first part about Chan & Akande and follow the link given.  Show us only your paragraphs that you add (5 & 6) we don't need to see the whole template.
