Halifax app showing Lloyds accounts and vice versa

Until recently my Lloyds account showed summaries of and gave access to a Halifax Credit Card Account and a Halifax Share Dealing Account. But the Share Dealing Account summary and link disappeared recently. Tried speaking to Lloyds but I was passed from pillar to post with no resolution or explanation. Pity - it was really useful to be able to take a look at the share dealing account via the Lloyds site.
Any one have any idea why this has happened?
