Does anyone actually use IF ISAs? When I Iooked into them the details were somewhat murky and I found it difficult to get a feel for the level of risk compared with other investments.

They probably are quite niche, but there's a few on here including myself who have Loanpad accounts

You're also forgetting the other flavours, the LISA and JISA. JISA is separate allowance but LISA is included in the £20k so could be affected if the limits are changed. I suspect there are many more people using LISAs than the IF ISA.
