Payment for Parking failed!

Hi! Can someone help please!
Today I parked at a car park maintained by 'Bank Park Management Ltd'.
The app Twinpay that they use for payment is quite slow so both me and my partner opened the app to see whos opened first to make the payment. Mine opened first. I already had all my details loaded in to the app regarding my Reg etc. I paid via apple pay, on Monzo Bank. It loaded and made the payment noise and I was good to go - (I thought). I put 3 hours on for 2.40£.
About an hour later I went on the app to check how long i had left. It didn't show anything about a current parking event and prompted me to the part to enter details and pay!!!!! I panicked and went back to my car as its a £100 fine!!!!! I went and checked my Monzo bank app and it also wasn't showing!!!!!! I called monzo and they had no record. ME AND MY PARTNER WATCHED THIS PAYMENT GO THROUGH AND HEARD THE CONFIRMATION NOISE!!!!
I have tried to call the parking company any they do not answer. 8 times i have called in 2 hours!!!
When i left the car park i panicked and tried to pay again, this time it went through! but shows the wrong time for when i parked, it shows my valid time i can park started 1hr 20 mins after i arrived!!!!!!
Does anyone know if i will be fined for this? I cannot afford it £100 is ridiculous! I have had issues with their app being terribly slow before but not a failed payment!
If i receive a fine is there any way to fight it?
Thanl you !!!

Your best bet is to read the NEWBIE sticky starting with the first post; it is likely you will receive a PCN but there is nothing you can do until it drops through your letterbox, assuming, of course that your V5C carries your current and correct address.2

Calm down. This is nothing. It's not a fine anyway and you'll never pay even if you do get a daft invoice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

When we did a few days in Bournemouth last year I could not work out the parking app. As I'm ultra careful, I rang them and confirmed that my payment had gone through. It had as I also received a notification stating payment gone through, which I had not noted.
Even when using their machine and a card to pay, I get a receipt or take a picture of the confirmation, and I triple check my reg number is correct.
With any and every parking, I don't take risks, especially apps and so far, no hassle.0 -
I won't park using an app. Too unreliable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As many more car parks use apps, I've yet to see a car park in England where you don't have a readily available phone number. So don't risk it if you are not certain and save yourself the trouble and call them or park at another place.1

Private parking firms almost invariably use ANPR and have no person going round on foot looking at cars or where they're parked, or whether the person is in it. You are deemed 'parked' in their current cloud cuckoo land.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
