hi guys. I saw a comment somewhere saying I should use the MCOL website to further explain why I shouldn’t be paying these. What address do I said the reply letter to? The court or DCB? Sorry noob with these. If I could get advice on the best course of action it would be much appreciated!

You have a live court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL, dated 26th June, G24 via DCB Legal, for 5 outstanding unpaid PCNs
You wont be filling in any paperwork
Study the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, plus the defence template thread in announcements too. Study the 12 steps as well
Login to MCOL via your government gateway account and complete the AOS online, only the AOS, then logout ( do nothing else on MCOL )
Then use the template defence and adapt paragraphs 2 & 3 , so same as everyone else0 -
Where is the defence pack password to login?0

I saw it on the lower right side of your claim form, because your picture was not correctly redacted, so the admins removed your picture due to it breaking the rules here0
