This is already explained in the first 8 steps.crazyvish said:On 29th August, I received an email from DCB Legal with an attached N180 Directions Questionnaire completed by them. However, when I logged into MCOL, I couldn’t see any update on my case file. Should I wait for the update to appear, or can I download the N180 form myself and send it in? Thanks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thanks. Submitted N180 and now received a mediation appointment for 6th Nov.
Should I prepare myself to explain to the mediator my defence? Any clues as to what questions will be asked?0 -
Study the Mediation stage advice by coupon mad in announcements, follow the 8 steps too3

Why are you planning on doing that instead of doing what the 8 steps tell you to say?crazyvish said:Thanks. Submitted N180 and now received a mediation appointment for 6th Nov.

Sure, thanks.
The mediation call is with regards to PCN Ref1 and I am still waiting for a claim to be raised against me with regards to PCN Ref2. During this mediation call, can I mention Ref2 also and try to settle both?0 -
I doubt it, especially if DCB Legal havent raised a claim against youcrazyvish said:Sure, thanks.

But you aren't trying to 'settle' a scam.crazyvish said:Sure, thanks.

you just say zero offer and thats it , you the end the call
literally 2 minutes on the phone
I do these 3 to 4 times a week now. So you can take this as fact
i dont wish to waste any time, my offer to the claimant is zero, they will discontinue - i will expect your email saying the claim will continue and mediation was not successful

They have now raised a claim with regards to PCN Ref2 also. I have completed the AOS and I am about to submit the same defence as previous. I believe I still shouldn't be mentioning about this in the PCN Ref1 mediation call and treat this entirely as a different case?Gr1pr said:

If its a new claim, open a new thread about it, posting the name of the claimant and the legal company, if any, plus post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form in the new thread, redacting the VRM details first
Check who signed the claim form, especially if it was signed by S.E.2
