I actually haven’t received any photos at all—just physical letters posted to my address. No evidence images were included, so I’m not sure how or when the car was recorded. Given that the car has been parked and on SORN for six months, I'm guessing handheld device was used. Does this make any difference?Umkomaas said:How have they photographed your car. Is it at the same angle, is it from the same height - suggesting CCTV? Or does it look like a handheld device used by a wandering PPC snoop?0 -
Please dont go down that rabbit hole it is irrelevant2

Thanks for your comment—do you happen to have experience with a similar case? Would be really helpful to hear how it went or what to expect.ChirpyChicken said:This case will go to a hearing 100%0 -
You need to kindly ask the leaseholder for a copy of their lease, if they will show it.
But see what Contestor Legal say. There will be a fee and it is per PCN (ouch) so you might be better off considering asking bargepole (David's) company Small Claims Advisor to handle this (Google them) whose advice I'd say is more bespoke and his fees are reasonable. He's legally qualified and he is an expert on parking law & primacy of contract. David has posted big wins on this forum in cases just like yours.
I am sooo sad you paid these wasters over £700 when they are not providing you with anything of value.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Understood. Just wondering—what happens if the property owner or managing agent doesn’t provide the lease document? The agent has not been helpful at all so far in other matters.ChirpyChicken said:

Then you get bargepole or CL to defend it based on your AST.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
