No. The parking fee was paid and your client has no cause of action.
You and I both know you'll discontinue in a few months, so if you really want to waste a £35 filing fee, you crack on with that.
A cynic might conclude that your despised firm may (allegedly) have bulk purchased a huge batch of 'parking debt' from certain operators and you are trying to monetise disputed cases for any old sum for yourselves, to recoup your outlay. Smells like debt assignment... but surely not, the DVLA doesn't allow such conduct...
Want me to report what looks like a disallowed DVLA data-churning game to the DVLA and SRA?
