Agree with @outtatune that an experiences person may well be able to identify the key you need from a photo of the locking handle. Many/most window keys don't have unique bitting/profiling like a higher security door lock key would, they're just a standard shape for all the handles of a particular type from the same manufacturer.

That said, if you're confident and know what you're doing it could well be just as easy - and quicker - to force the lock open and then replace the handle. The only issue there would be if you have several that match then you'd have to force and replace all of them, in which case it might be easier and cheaper
to at least have a go at identifying the right key.
