The defendant cannot use Chan nor Akande as the claim form pleads a breach.  Just refute what it states in the POC about the non valid parking reservation and you can provide evidence that it was a valid reservation in the witness statement.

Sorry I think you’re going to have to spoon feed me here. Are you referring to my 3rd paragraph?  How can I prove that it was a valid reservation?  I have no evidence, it’s just my word against theirs

Yes, paragraph 3, cut out all the sentences about Chan and Akande, because your claim form specifies the alleged breach and theirs didn't  ( basically you cannot use Chan and Akande in your defence   )

You dont need evidence or proof at this early defence stage,  you might never need it

You are making a statement under a statement of truth oath, your word is accepted,  especially at this text only defence stage

"Post a properly redacted picture of the claim form, after hiding 4 items below, so hide the following

    Name and address
    VRM details
    Claim form reference number
    Password

Take a picture,  add it to a reply "

If you can fulfil the above post request it will be immensely helpful.
You have left the password in the highlighted "Important Note" box.

Can you state who signed the claim form  -  probably on the back at the top?
Just checking  -  are you having difficulty seeing our posts?

Can you state who signed the claim form as above  -  was it someone with initials S.E.  -  if so there may well be another para to add to the (NOT your) Defence  -  help the forum to help you.

David Croot is a qualified solicitor so there's no need to add the Mazur ruling paragraphs.

As it's an (illegal data processing) DOUBLE DIP case, change:

It is neither admitted nor denied that a term was breached,

    to

It is denied that a term was breached

    And why aren't you counterclaiming?

    How do I counter claim?

Also, apologies for a possible silly question, but do I remove the paragraph numbers when I enter my defence?
