I have received a claim form, claimant Secure Parking Solutions and Legal Rep DCB Legal Ltd.

I beleive I forgot to buy a parking ticket which airport usually do. I didn't receive the original letter in time to appeal.

I know I have to complete the claim Form, but my question is what is the chance of me winning?

    Does anyone know how long I have to submit my defence. I did AOA on the 27 June 2025. Does it stipulate on MCOL how long J have to submit the defence?

    What was the issue date from the top right of the claim form   ?

    If the AOS was completed online before day 19, then the deadline is 4pm, 33 days after the issue date

    I've emailed my defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and CCBC@Justice.gov.uk but it keeps on saying this email is closed. Any ideas anyone?

    Neither is correct,  check the defence template thread for the correct email address

    It was changed 17 months ago and is the second email address from the top in the picture in the defence template thread,  you haven't used the correct one yet,  mainly due to typos

    But ideally you follow the advice from coupon mad above instead,
