                    Hi,
I have a cash ISA with approximately £3k in it from last year. It's with CHIP at 4.06%. Do I have an option to transfer this across to a new ISA at a better rate?

If you aren't on a fixed rate, then just go to the new place you want to open an ISA and request them to transfer it.If it is a fixed rate, you would probably lose a certain amount of interest if you transfer before the fixed rate ends (but you should still be able to transfer if you really want).2

As LHW99 says, yes transfer to wherever you wish for a better rate.

You can but I'm not sure you'll get much of a better rate than Chip and for £3k the difference is likely to be small.newbieni said:Hi,
