Every used car dealer will know an MOT inspector who will do an MOT with no advisories. Either it fails, and the dealer will need to fix something, or it passes with no advisories. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

iF you could PROVE there was dishonest but the seller you may have someting to fight back, but I doubt you’d be able to ?No expert though
There are loads of older cars running about that have had bits of rust repaired. Mine, for example, has had new front wings as the original ones were starting to rot.0 -
My trusted mechanic has looked at the car and all looks good, (under sealant applied). I had also spoken to the dealer for an explanation of the corrosion disappearing from the latest MOT). They state they had cleaned off rust and treated with under seal. I can now take a sigh of relief. Thank you everyone for your all your input.2
