I have tried to open a 212 ISA  but when it gets to the proving who I am by taking a pic with my phone It will not let me progress any further but does not give me an alternative way in which to identify myself and I cant see any way to contact them . Anyone any advice or emails I can contact.

Can you try on another device, another phone or tablet? A poster on another thread had the same issue and they thought it was to do with the quality of the camera on their phone.

Is this is when you're trying to take a photo of your passport?  My phone couldn't do it since their app kept offsetting the photo it took by an inch.  Another phone worked.

If it's when you have to move your head left and right then I have to do this every time I login.  So, if you use someone else's phone, ensure you logout fully and try logging in again on your own device before depositing money.

If it's the moving head check then I know someone who had a lot of problems doing it.  You need to move just your head very slowly about 90 degrees one way then the other way.
