Many thanks

You need to respond to the Claim within certain timeframes. I'm not sure what they are for AOS and defence. Someone else will advise but check for details in the pack you received from CNBC, hope you haven't missed any deadlines. Process will be same as you followed for your other Claim.
Inform your new address for service to:
• CNBC
• DPO at DCB Legal and parking company

Claim History
A claim was issued against you on 28/05/2025
A judgment was issued against you on 20/06/2025 at 19:08:16
I sent the below to DCB, CNBC and Euro Car Parks. Euro Car Parks bounced saying they do not monitor and I must submit to their website, CNBC also bounced saying it isn't being monitored.
I looked at applying for a set aside via MCOL however that stated I could not use a witness statement or draft order, so I have now resent to Applications.CNBC@justice.gov.uk with the witness statement and draft order attached:Dear Sir/Madam,
Re: Claim Number [removed by Forum Team]
Judgment Date: 20 June 2025
Claimant: Euro Car Parks Ltd
Defendant: hiddenI am writing to urgently submit my N244 Application Notice to request that the default judgment entered on 20 June 2025 be set aside.
At the time the claim was issued, it was sent to an old address and I did not receive the claim form or any associated documents. I only became aware of the judgment recently, upon checking my credit file and retrieving redirected post. As such, I was denied the opportunity to respond, and I am now acting promptly and in good faith to resolve this matter.
Although my tenancy at my new address began on 19 April 2025, the claim and related correspondence were delivered to an estate agency at hidden (flat below me), and I did not receive them until recently.
I have attached the following documents in support of my application:
-
✅ Completed N244 Form
-
✅ Witness Statement explaining why I did not receive the claim
-
✅ Draft Order for the court’s consideration
-
✅ Supporting evidence of my address change (redacted tenancy agreement)
I am respectfully requesting that the judgment be set aside and that I be granted leave to file a defence. I would also appreciate confirmation of receipt of this application from all parties.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if any further information is required.
Kind regards,
hidden
Is this ok, is there a way I can get this set aside and a chance to defend or am I better to pay now now to avoid any more damage?

Have you paid the CNBC a £313 court fee to remove this judgment?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

RedactedI have checked Money Claim Online and it still says a judgment was entered and I can't see it has been removed. How do I check this. I have written confirmation form DCB Legal as above saying they took steps to remove the judgment

They are playing games with you. What does your MCOL claim history say exactly?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's it. This is the judgment they said they'd remove. They also have not responded to my email asking them to confirm they applied to the court to remove it. Not sure what my move is here but I can't have a CCJ they said they would remove it.
"Upon review of the evidence provided, we have taken the necessary steps to remove the Judgment." Is what they said

I think you could try asking the Registry Trust to find out what's happening. I think they can.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
