Gr1pr said:You are bulletproof as a non driving keeper in Northern Ireland, so I stand by my previous advice, gained from over a decade of helping to fight against these private parking companies
There are no extra charges, just a cancellation when they know that you have received excellent advice and wont be foolish enough to tell them who was driving
You asked for help and advice, I believe that you have had excellent advice from at least 2 informed people hereSorry I have no doubt you are right, I just cannot understand how it is written my apologies it got me confused. So I am to write:The ANPR camera has failed to recognise the vehicle leaving on the 9th and entering on the 10th resulting in a "double dip". There seems to have been no attempt to check the orphan images by a human being which should have cleared this up. Cancel this PCN please.Does that sound ok?

Also state that you are not liable as keeper and because you are in Northern Ireland that the law named POFA 2012 does not apply in your nation ( country ). State that you were not the driver and will not reveal who was driving either, so cancel the PCN1

Or you could try:
your systems and cameras are defective the vehicle was not on site for the time you state. As a direct consequence of your failiuures you have accessed my personal details without just cause, you must now erase my details from your systems with regards to pursuing this so called parking charge notices, and as a gesture of goodwill I am willing to accept a payment of £60 from you with immediate effect asas opposed to considering pursuing this matter through the courts/legal system for which your costs could be substantially higher, and such action could result in a CCJ which could affect your ability to obtain credit

Clearly our advice here was much better than the two locals , because now the monkey is off your back, with very little to do by you, one simple properly worded appeal saw them chicken out
No fees, no admin charges, no outstanding invoice pcn
Well done for sticking with us2
