GroupNexus Parking Charge - Double Dip

Hi All
My partner uses the car park across from our childs playschool for no more than 20 mins a day. Unfortunately the ANPR has decided she stayed for 23 hours on this occassion. There was no ticket placed on the windscreen.
I was sent a dear sir/madam letter as the registered keeper with DVLA. We live in Northern Ireland.
Should I even bother entering into a discussion here as I live in Northern Ireland or can it be binned?

Car park is in Northern Ireland.
As you see the address on the sign does not mention the land owner either.
Thanks
Thanks

The keeper could appeal it to Group Nexus on the basis of 2 short visits by the driver, so the alleged contravention did not happen, meaning that they should check the orphan images and cancel the PCN
No blabbing about who was driving
No making any subsequent appeal or request either0 -

The first thing it asks me to do when I go to appealpcn.co.uk is idnetify myself
If I select the bottom option it then asks me for full name and address. Unsure if I should fill this in correctly or not

Clearly the pcn has incorrect information so tick the lower one ( due to the alleged contravention didn't happen, so not correct )
They already have your name and address, due to the pcn, so fill that in too
Your appeal is that 2 short visits were made that day, that the alleged contravention didn't happen, that its a clear case of double dipping, that ANPR systems are unreliable, that the pcn contains incorrect information and that they should check the orphan images and cancel the PCN2 -

Someone locally said to ignore it and I am curious why a lot of the guides state except Northern ireland. Is there some grounds to just ignore it if it is in Northern Ireland?Halifax - Victory!

There are grounds to ignore it because some laws dont apply in Scotland and in Northern Ireland, as mentioned in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, meaning that they could sue the driver, if known or divulged, but no keeper liability exists in either of those 2 nations at the moment
So that is option 1
Option 2 is you appealing as the non driving keeper stating that you have no legal liability and they should go and chase the driver, who shall not be named !
So one simple keeper appeal stating the facts about you as keeper could kill it off from the get go, cast iron appeal point1 -
There's no keeper liability in NI, and until recently the advice was to get the Consumer Council to intervene, but they seem to have stopped doing this.
Do the first Keeper appeal, but don't try POPLA if GroupNexus fail to cancel because they only accept driver appeals outside of England/Wales.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2 -
Two people locally have told me to ignore it, and I have read cases where once someone enters into a discussion with these people they end up getting charged admin fees and all sorts even if they have the fine removed.I emailed the consumer council with the details, really not keen on entering into any discussion with the other lot where I have to give details which might confirm anything.Halifax - Victory!

You are bulletproof as a non driving keeper in Northern Ireland, so I stand by my previous advice, gained from over a decade of helping to fight against these private parking companies
There are no extra charges, just a cancellation when they know that you have received excellent advice and wont be foolish enough to tell them who was driving
You asked for help and advice, I believe that you have had excellent advice from at least 2 informed people here2
