Trading 212 reducing bonus interest early

Hi all

I set up a new cash ISA with Trading 212 as attracted by their bonus interest for new customers lasting 12 months. I noticed that the interest rate dropped and the bonus was no longer applied. I queried this and was told it was for a 3 month period only. This was not as mentioned on MSE site or on Trading 212. 

Anybody else had a similar issue with them?

They've had various different "newbie bonus" rates on the go, sometimes it's a year, sometimes it's 3 months. Did you keep a note of the exact terms on offer when you signed up.

I read it on the site and on MSE that it was 12 months, I even made a diary note to review the investment after a year.

The problems I had with trying to set up a new account with them on Tuesday , suggests that they have been overwhelmed by applications - they have probably panicked about the bonus rate offer !!
