Sky box loosing connection

So what is the solution to the sky box always loosing g connection to the sky router when all other devices in the home connect fine to the sky router? I also have three in the home. Maybe I should try connecting to that instead?

I've connected the box to the router via an ethernet cable but it's not recognising it even though I followed the instructions with a sky adviser. They have booked me an appointment for a sky engineer to come out in 10 days to connect my sky router with the sky box. Well it's already connected but cant get it to reconise it. Probably really easy.

Try the ethernet cable elsewhere, it could be faulty.

Why does it have a different name on the network on the tv to the name on the bottom of the aky router? The network name on tv says SKY****( but on the bottom of router it says sky****? I've blanked out the full name ?
