I'm always aware of giving out mobile numbers and when the creme egg site required one, I asked my daughter if she could make one up - she gave me Radio 1's "flirt divert" number - imagine my surprise when it was refused as someone else already had that number! Great minds think alike - I found it amusing!

The mobile number box does not need to be filled in its not mandatory! select text as the method of communication
