New cash ISA for transferring in only purpose

Hi, I am struggling to find a cash ISA that I can open without paying in any money.

My current cash ISA's introductory bonus rate ends soon. I would like to transfer to a provider offering a better rate but I have already maxed out my allowance for 25/26. I would like to see what other options there are for transferring to another provider.

I have tried searching but to no avail. They all seem to need a minimum deposit. Any suggestions on how/where to look please?

Thank you in advance 🤞🙏

Generally speaking, you can transfer-in to any cash ISA offered by a provider who accepts transfers, without needing to pay in any new subscriptions.

For those providers, any stated minimum deposit will be covered by the transferred amount, presuming that the ISA you're transferring has a high-enough balance.

    As above.
Transferred ISAs numerous times with no added cash deposits.

Usually, arranging to transfer an ISA counts as paying in for the purposes of opening a new ISA. As long as the transfer request is received by any paying in deadlines. That's what I've always found.
