Thanks, I didn't know that.stuart45 said:Building Control don't inspect houses that have an NHBC warranty. It's not a conflict of interest. When you build a house with the NHBC, the standards are much higher than with BC.
My understanding is that NHBC still need to provide a building completion certificate to the initial purchaser of a new build property.
They should then pass this on when they sell the property. Am I correct in my thinking here?0 -

Contact the NHBC for a certificate. They usually send one quite quickly by email.Maffy52 said:
