Dear, (Removed by Forum Team)

We have made various attempts to contact you and given you many opportunities to respond us regarding your debt owed. Despite our contact, we have still not received a satisfactory response from you.

We must now proceed with enforcement by removal and sale of your goods. You should note that if we do have to attend your premises (and we haven't already) the further fees on your case will be at least £370.00.

Failure to pay as ordered will make you liable for further enforcement action, unless you pay the full balance immediately. This could include:

Deductions from your earnings
Deductions from your benefit
A warrant of control being issued to the enforcement agents to take control of your goods (which will incur additional costs)
Warrant for your arrest to return you to court
Increasing your fine by 50%
Clamping, removal and sale of your vehicle
Registering the account in the Register of Judgements, Orders and Fines (affecting your ability to obtain credit)
If after these sanctions have been imposed your fine remains outstanding the court may order that you are imprisoned for non-payment.
THIS IS NOW YOUR FINAL NOTICE

Sale – If we proceed to sale stage there will be a further fee of at least £160.00.

For each of the fees above, if your debt is more than £1500 there will be an additional sum equal to 7.5% of the debt over £1500, on both the Enforcement Stage fee and Sale Stage fee.

Please note - all costs are set by statute. They are not set by the Rossendales.

More help is available You can contact one of the organization(s) offering free, impartial advice. You must contact help@themoneyadvice.org immediately to avoid the possibility of having your goods removed for sale.

We hope you and those close to you are staying safe.
