Mum has 2 fixed rate cash ISAs, one rolled over from last year, one opened this tax year.
Where can she put her savings this year to maximise interest, she is a taxpayer.
Many thanks.
Meg.

Try a search on Moneyfacts, the answer depends on whether she needs a flexible ISA, other easy access or is prepared to tie up her cash for a fixed term.
