OK. Well unless the signs are awful this will be lost at POPLA, like I said. Ignore it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Noted on that!
And should it go to court...have ones like this been successful?

We almost always win or see claims discontinued. There is zero risk in defending a parking claim.

Hi everyone, I’m new here, but not new to receiving parking fines, being a plumber it’s a normal part of life I have accepted.

Come across this thread while searching for information on UKPC.

Have a similar pcn not parked within the white line.

Previously the consensus was you ignore all private land charges, I have noticed this has changed over the years and challenging them is more popular.

Maybe because they are now more often taken at small claims court? Need more information in this regard.

Yes, UKPC are very litigious, so you must update your address with any parking firm you had a PCN from, if you move within 6 years of the PCN.

They are a cinch to beat but you MUST defend if you get a Claim Form. Easy peasy, but vital or you risk CCJs. DO NOT PAY.

You should start a new thread if/when you get a letter of claim followed by N1SDT claim form.  Parking within white lines is essential because otherwise you are just giving the PPCs an easy win (at least an attempt at an easy win!) UNLESS of course there was a badly parked vehicle when you arrived and you were FORCED to park outside the bay or on the lines!
