Unfair CCJ - newly qualified nurse

Whilst she was a student nurse, she lived (and still does) in a rental property in Bournemouth with two other nurses. They work tirelessly and started this journey in 2020 during the pandemic but they stuck it out and are now qualified.
However, they live in a property with a gated area but they have had the misfortune of a strange character watching the girls are camera as he lives in the same complex. To cut a long story short the msn in question reported two of the girls cars to NPC for not having a permit (they did have a permit and it was displayed).
Our daughters letters were coming to our house as her car is registered here (in the Midlands) ….. we did not receive a letter from NCP only a letter from DCBL Legal. The letters were threatening us with bailiffs so we paid the £170.00 but then we got another letter from DCBL legal for another £170.00. Her friend has got letter for £700 approx and this is for all parking in their own parking space - they are nurses this stress is unbelievable!!!!
We phoned the bank as we paid the first fine and the bank said DCBL legal does not seem genuine as the reviews are shocking. Therefore the bank ordered a charge back and now she has a CCJ and she has now paid about £500 to go to court on the in July.
Our local MP has been really helpful but Citizens advice have been terrible.
The court states that even if she wins they will not put her costs over to the other party.
She can’t move house because she has a CCJ which means she still lives by this man is acts suspicious and she parks miles down the road as she’s scared to park in her own parking space. She’s a nurse and does night shift and early mornings and I worry about her safety.
This neighbour has caused so much stress but I can’t see her winning in court as how can she as they will have legal representation.
Please, is anyone willing to help or advice.

Sounds to me as if she is fighting a court claim, not a CCJ, the latter would happen if she lost in court, but it wouldn't be recorded as long as she paid in full within the 30 days grace period
So, does she have a court claim ? Or an actual CCJ ? ( clarity is important here )
If she has a court date, when is it and what is the claim ?1 -
Please show us the court orders so far.
What do you mean "The court states that even if she wins they will not put her costs over to the other party"?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As an aside, her occupation here is totally irrelevant.1

Amandahux, We'd love to help your daughter but you've posted a long message that none of us can understand. Please show us a picture of the court document, making sure to redact the claim number, your daughter's name, address and vehicle number and any password.3

Hope thats a better explanation for you.Of course I get that, but that wasn't a "written defence" it outlined the situation which gave some background. The real issue that you could have pointed out was that we needed to see the documents and further details that the poster was referring to so that more detailed help could be given.I hope that is clearer to you too.4 -
The background of her occupation wasnt needed, tbh. It adds nothing and changes nothing. And will add nothing to any official written or verbal defence.
Thats it. Anyway, moving on.3 -
Since the OP (well her parent) seems to have done a runner without posting the requested documents we are all left up in the air!2

I didn’t mean to not attach the document. I am new to this and didn’t realise I had too. I also wasn’t using her occupation as an emotion tactic, I was just trying to give you back ground and explain that this has been really hard to deal with on top of her nurse training and she’s now scared to park in her own parking space so parks miles down the road even when she’s doing night shift and it’s unsafe so I was trying to explain what impact this situation has left her in. I will find the documents and post them with removing her personal details.1
